Peter is a graduate of Castleton State College in Castleton, Vermont and has over 30 years of experience in all facets of public accounting. Peter's areas of special interest are personal financial planning, limited liability companies and taxation of individuals, businesses, estates and trusts. Peter is a member of the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Certified Financial Planners. Peter is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys bass fishing, skeet shooting, and hunting with his Labrador Retrievers. Additionally, Peter enjoys riding his motorcycle in the summer and skiing in the winter.

Wayne received his bachelor's degree from Canaan College in Canaan, New Hampshire. He later received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire. Wayne has over 30 years of audit, tax and management advisory experience. His areas of special interest are taxation of closely held corporations and shareholders, individual income taxation, taxation of estates and trusts, and audits of non-profit corporations. He is a member of the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants.

Charlene is a graduate of Castleton State College with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance. She was born and raised in Rutland and has been with our team since 1998. Charlene has expertise in corporate, partnership, trust and individual taxation and accounting. She is also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program Member, and supports our clients in their accounting software needs. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Vermont State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Charlene is an active member of the community. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.

Kristi works in small business bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation for individuals and businesses. She is a graduate of Castleton State College and has a B.S. in Accounting and Management. She enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.

Joanne is an integral part of Rosen, Valente & Willhaus and has been with our firm for 25 years. In addition to performing all office management functions, Joanne prepares payroll tax returns, oversees electronic filing of tax returns and assists with small business accounting services. She loves the outdoors and enjoys the Vermont countryside from her front porch.
