ROSEN, VALENTE & WILLHAUS

Peter is the current Managing Partner of our firm. He is a graduate of Castleton State College in Castleton, Vermont. He is a member of the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Certified Financial Planners. He has 30 years experience in all facets of public accounting. His areas of special interest are personal financial planning, retirement planning, estate planning, partnership tax accounting, and corporate auditing and tax accounting.

Wayne M. Willhaus, MBA, CPA

Wayne is a graduate of Canaan College in Canaan, New Hampshire. He received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire. He is a member of the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants. Wayne has over 20 years of audit, tax and management advisory experience. His areas of special interest are taxation of closely held corporations and shareholders, individual income tax preparation and procedure, taxation of estates and trusts, computer accounting system analysis, procedure and installation, and audits of non-profit corporations.
